• Site Supervision and Planning

CIVIL WORKS

Preliminaries:

The preliminaries shall cover provision of temporary facilities for the fieldwork, identification of area of work scope, profiling and cleaning of debris and obstructions.

Site Cleaning:

All areas of works shall be cleaned of debris. The environment shall be made clean for proper utilization.

As-Built and Final Documentation:

Dubu One Stop Interior Ltd Will carry out final survey and keep records of completed works and will prepare drawings for final submissions to the client Ail test results shall also be handed over for safe keeping.

Health and Safety:

It is the policy of our company to ensure that all its operation are conducted in a manner as to avoid injuries or risks to employees and other parties involve in its operations and also to preserve

the environment.

We shall appoint qualified personnel to control and attend to this important

aspect of the project. Adequate medical facilities will be put in place at the

worksite.

A security officer will be appointed to take control of security of the work

place. The officer will keep direct contact with client security officer and local

security authorities to ensure protection and deal with any incidence that

might occur.
